Server Error At Startup (Fixed with basic info)

    Windows XP SP2
    2GB of ram
    32bit
    Java 1.7.0_04
    I downloaded Reccomended build for CraftBukkit, then i copied the setup, then when i click on the Run.bat i get this error:

    Any idea of what's going on?

    I only get this error when I use the latest recommended build down to 1.2.5-R1

    I got the problem, too...
    Root Server (Win8)
    24GB DDR3 (RAM)
    64bit
    Java7u5
    using Reccomended build for Craftbukkit (1.2.5-R4)

    Can anybody please help?
    May it help to install java6 again?

    Go into your task manager, go to processes and end all java processes.
    I was having the same problem and I tried a bunch of random things, finally got it to work by doing this.
