Permissions help. No idea whats going on here

    Can anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've been trying to figure this out for two days now and to no avail. I've searched the forums but only find pages and pages of unrelated content.

    Can anyone tell me why 'thisdude'

    -can build
    -can use the /afk command though it is not in his permissions
    -cannot use the /time command and returns the error

    I'm using the essential mods as you can see and the newest release of bukkit I could get. I use notepad++ to edit the config file which is named the same as my world. No tabs, 4 spaces.

    Any ideas? :confused:

    It could be because of the extra line placed in line 172. I'm not too sure though.
