Other people cant join the sever Please HELP!

my server was working fine a week ago but now other peolpe cant get on it i can get on fine but other people dont even see that its up my port is forwarded and it has worked before. i didnt chang the server.properties and my permissions.yml is empty idk if that has anything to do with it. the sever has been in its defalt settings since i made it. i just updated it with the most rescent recomended build of craftbukkit.jar i dont think anyones been on since.

 

friends & I have the same problem. i tried making a new server, nothing works! no one ever replies to important posts like this.

i made a bukkit server about 4 mounths ago and it worked fine for a while me and my freinds spent a lot of time on it but all of a suddin it just stoped working i can get on it using "localhost" but nobody else can even see that its up im on the latest bukkit build and my port is forwarded here it my server.properties

idk what the server console is. is it what it says when its starting up?

Merged two different threads dealing with the same issue.

 

Did you double check to ensure your local IP on your server didn't change, thus making your port forwarding invalid?

 

thanks you fixed it my local ip did change it was forwarded to the wrong number.

You're most welcome.

Its ALWAYS a port forwarding issue if you see nothing on your server console when a connection attempt occurs. Always.
