Group Manager All Commands Lock. Please Help!

So when ever I put my groups.yml into my Worlds folder in the plugins, it just locks up and I cant do any commands related to it, it just says all commands locked check logs
I put it in parser and this is what errors I get

ERROR:

In the owner, (line starting at 113) you have no permissions. add - '*' to that. This gives you access to all permissions. You have the inheritance for Head admin See below

In HeadAdmin, you have no permissions, and no inheritance. These are the two errors you are getting. Add permissions to them, and you'll be good to go!

 

I did that and I still get the error after I do /mansave then /reload

 

yes, then restart your server.

 

Restarting my server didnt work, also now before peoples names, it says Not Found like in the SS below
