Need person to do permissions, Aswell as configure some plugins

So I am needing someone who has a lot of experiance, Who can write the permissions, You will be working with me and the other owner on making the permissions, We will be running a pvp server, And I need someone to do this. The permissions shouldn't take to long, You will be working with me and the owner with multiple plugins setting up permissions and if we need to add something or change something after the job, We can write you on skype to add it in.
After the job we are stilling expecting you to be able to add/remove/change more permissions.
