   I downloaded the Survival Games plugin and it works but the arena doesn't have pvp. Anyone know hot to make the arena have pvp allowed?

   Check the config. Read about the plugin, you dont get any where just expecting it do do it for you.
   Check server.propertys.
   PvP=True

   If you have PvP enabled in server.properties, try checking essentials config? There's also something that disables pvp there.
