mcMMO plugin duplicating items by Serverrestart

Hello guys,

since the admin on the server I'm playing on did some changes to silk touch to prevent duplicating diamonds, I'm quite unsadisfied with this and right now I'm searching for a decent solution.
If this is not the right place for my post, I want to apologize, but mcMMO wiki sent me here ...

So my problem is about the mcMMO plugin.
The problem is: Mining does at least double drops on a high level. Now when placing blocks the sever saves these and marks them as placed by the player. But when the server restarts it resets all blocks, so it cannot remember which blocks are placed by players and therefor they are marked as normal blocks again. So one can just mine the again, get double drops, place again and so on ... possible with every minable block or crops that are effected by herbalism.
The admins solution was just to change silk touch, so you cannot obtain ores from coal, diamonds and lapis anymore. But i hope there's a possibillity to fix the duplicating problem without that -_-

Have this exact issue, with superbreaker is can be even worse. Why cant they just disabled silk touch with diamond ore! WTF!

 

Couldn't you just do the same thing with a fortune pick?
