Players can't break blocks, even if they own the land!

Hi.
For some reason the region protections on my server decided to fail. Even if the player is the owner of the land, he/she cannot break blocks/open doors.
I have a lot of plugins and I didn't want to copy the text into this post(I need help fast please, people are impatient!), so I have a screenshot!

My region protection program is WorldGuard, my permissions is bPermissions. Is there a specific node I need to install? I had not updated ANY of my plugins for 2+ months so I updated them ALL today and I am afraid I might have missed a major change in WorldGuard or bPermissions.
Please help, I am running latest RB, Windows 7..
