Permissions and general server problems.

Hello. I am hosting a server that i hope to soon make public after config. Unfortunately at the end of my config i reached a big problem. i had trouble setting up permissions. At first i was using bpermissions but i had the server in offline mode and diddnt realize it wouldn't work, and had removed it before finding out the issue. i had replaced it with PEX. i had at this point reverted to online mode but i had gotten a problem from pex. new players would not receive the default permissions, and that included using the chat, and building. I couldn't find an answer to this and decided before posting on the forum to try Essentials group manager. Although essentials group manager worked, i noted that after a period of time it would reload its files, and all players would loose any permissions they had until i restarted server. Im not sure exactly whats going on and although i feel its probably user error (especially sense i find it hard to believe 2 different plugins wouldn't work) i don't know how to fix it. I was taught by a friend how to add nodes but im also having a problem adding the nodes for vampires. I will post both permissions files and hopefully someone else can tell me what i did wrong but i also have one other issue. I have chunks that are unbreakable. I have read that its a minecraft issue not bukkit and that there isnt a fix for it yet but i wanted to check that info and make sure that's still the case, otherwise if its been fixed i dont know how to fix it and need too. I thank you in advance and hope someone can help me. i will upload the files for my permissions. As a note not all the permissions are set up yet after i encountered these errors i stopped adding them.


I forgot to mention i am using 4.0

 

1. Don't use GroupManager - it's a pile of crap; use bPermissions or PEX.
2. You didn't post any permissions files.

Im only posting the permissionsex file due to your advice to use it and not groupmanager. i still need to know why with permissionsex people dont get the default permissions. but thank you for the advice and heres the file
