WorldEdit and WorldGuard is not working (errors)

I keep getting this error everytime I try to use WorldGuard or WorldEdit. I have installed everything properly but it doesn't seem to work. I even deleted my old bukkit server folder and made a new one from scratch. It still isn't working.

what command are you actually running? Since the plugin is loaded correctly my first guess is you're not using a valid command. Any errors in the server log/console when this happens?

Perhaps you may want to read the sticky and include the information it asks for too

 

That is not an error. That is simply what comes up when you type /we or /we (thiscouldbeanything). I also see a reload complete right before this "error". Using /reload can cause more problems then you may want to encounter as not all plugins are reload safe.
