Block item dropping at spawn?

After searching for plugins that only block item drops from spawn, going through WorldGuard and Essentials, I came up empty. Perhaps I missed it, but I don't know.

Is there a way to block items from being dropped at spawn? I'd appreciate the help. I know one exists, another server I was in, if you dropped an item at the spawn it would reappear in your inventory instantly, thought it was handy.
