I need help fixing a plugin

Hi i didnt code the plugin i had it custom for my server. but somthing isnt working. Can a Dev help me? it would help alot. Please message me if you can. I know you probably dont want this but ill give you a rank in game....i have to no money to give. Please contact me if you think you can help.

The problem is i have a plugin that creates plots with worldguard. but i dont want the plots to be able to be create inside of other worldguard regions for griefing reasons. now i need this fixed fast please msg me if you can help and ill send the .jar thanks!
