   im creating a safe mode flying, so that when somebody does the fly command he can not break stuff but he can activate stuff like levers and such

   Hmm, create a set of "tourists", put the flying players in the set, listen to block break events. If the player is a tourist, cancel the event. Also, set the flying to true if they are tourists.
