PermissionsBukkit Problem

Hi There!, I Have A Big Problem On My PermissionsBukkit config.yml. I don't know what iv'e done to my config but the problem is that the groups i have setted to users does not apply. Their groups stays default and not the group that i have setted. I'm also affected so i need to be OP in order to build and also some of the permission nodes i've setted has no effect to users.
(EXAMPLE: 'essentials.warp: true' has been setted to group default but the user in default can't warp.)
I don't know if some plugins of my server has collision to PermissionsBukkit.

What is it doing, when you move them into their groups with the /permissions command?
