Good spawn protection plugin for hardcore pvp?

    I was just wondering, I have a 24/7 hardcore pvp server and we need a spawn plugin that once you leave you loose spawn protection and the only way to get it back was to do /spawn and if they attack someone who doesn't have spawn protection in spawn they loose theres aswell,

    Also a plugin that makes tping take 10 seconds like doing /home you'd have to stand still for 5 seconds.

    WorldGuard is a great one for any type of server.

    Look at the flag (and it's properties) 'entry'
