I was wanting to know if someone can help me with my permissions i have set them up but they arnt working and im so confused on why they arnt

yes but i deoped myself and they arnt working still i tryed all of the commands

 

oic no u need to assin your self to one of the groups

if you de-op your self you must change ur self to default group before you can use those permissions

wait u dont have essential nodes that could be why

 

i have group manager again i guess i deleted it by accident and does group manager have essentials nodes in it

well i dont know how about you but i dont understand permissions bukiit cause it seams strange


so instead of fixing it why not switching to pex ?
deanisabeast you really need permissionsbukkit ? or you just care for permissions to work ?

if yes than download pex from here http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/permissionsex/

from download package TAKE ONLY permissionsex and remove chatmanager and modifyworld
since you have essentials and i assume you have essentials chat so your prefixes and suffixes will work just fine

now what you need to do is just remove permissionsbukkit and drop permisisonsex to plugins folder
run server and wait for pex folder to generate

next stop server go to pex folder in plugins folder

and everything will work just fine

 

ok i got them to work but how do i make it to where players are in default group automatically because i told someone to try it and it they arent working for them ZeroZX4
