Solved Java Problem! "Can't access craftbukkit-1.2.5-R3.0"

Hello i'm getting this error when I try to run the new RB. I have been running servers for years and have not had this problem before. Hmmm plz help me

O never mind i'm a compleate dumb !@$@# I forgot the .jar extension.

and u need to relise that you have a mistake in there it should be like this:
Echo OFF
SET BINDIR=%~dp0
CD /D "%BINDIR%"
"%ProgramFiles%\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar
PAUSE

and your bukkit should be verson
craftbukkit-1.2.5-R3.0
