   Hello, i'd like to ask if its possible to browse player's client with bukkit or spoutplugin ?
   If yes, please gimme an example.
   
   I want to check if there is a text file in client files and then do things.

   No.
   
   To elaborate, plugins ONLY deal with server side. That means you can not interact directly with the client (closest client interaction you can get is through packets).
