What host do you think is good? My budget is around $80 a month. I want at least 3 GB of ram. A dedicated IP. A MySQL database. A good control panel.

Less quarterly/semi-annually/annually I contacted them before (great service) and at the time I asked (a month or so ago) they provide unlimited bandwidth and storage under fair use policies. ( some guy/gal had a terabyte of backups. They limited his/her storage space) $80 a month for 3 GB? jeez...you can get twice as much at this pricing
I was looking at those too, the only differences I see are: hostaltitude charges for mySQL and a dedicated ip but beastnode doesn't but I've heard beastnode has a bad control panel. Beastnode: cheaper but bad control panel HostAltitude: Expensive but probably worth it Personally I pick beastnode, I can deal with a slow control panel because it's 3 bucks cheaper, but a lot of times, like right now, they are out of stock If they're in stock with the server plan you want then definitely beastnode EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
You could get a small Dedi with that, Maybe this; For non Dedi try McLayer, CubedHost, Lethal Drive or something like that. Not that all of the hosts that I listed have the features you want as I haven't checked but I'm just going of reputation. You could also buy your own domain instead of a Dedi IP if you wanted to with your budget which could buy your twice as much ram as you want easily.
