[REQ] Chat censor advanced

Not sure if this exists or not. But I was looking for a pluggin that would execute a designated console command based on censor words. Not just /kick but anything I want and more than 1 command could be executed. Like if someone said a swear, it would do

slap <player>
say watch your mouth!

Thats just a censorship example I actualy want to use it for more comical and inside joke reasons, not soley for chat censorship.
