Alittle help please

    ive ben tryin to get a server up and running for a few friends now and i've ben tryin to install the "factions" mod and i keep getting this error

    my java is update to date
    i have the gson.jar in my libs folder
    but i keep getting this error

    The plugin is out of date, it isn't built for your version of minecraft :)

    sorry to ask but what plugins would you recommend that could mimic something like this or something abit similar to this? :)
