Having problems

Hi my minecraft name is chadwick7 and i have been creating a server. I want to install the essentials plug-in but i have to make my server a bukkit server and i have no idea how to do that! Also when i download the essentials it says this file cannot be found when i try to open it. Please please please help me! I am pulling my hair out from frustration!!!!!!!! PLEASE!

 

Ah, I love newbs!

-Run the craftbukkit.jar in the folder where you plan on keeping it.
-Drag the world folder from .minecraft (Found in %appdata%) to the craftbukkit location.
-Open "server.properties", change "level-name=world" to "level-name=world.name.you.dragged.in."
-Drag essentials.jar into the "plugin" folder.
-Run craftbukkit.


If all goes well, your world should spawn, essentials should unpack itself in the folder + your server will be up and running! Let me know how you get on.
