You don't need to understand russian to see what's going on. So how about one day without shitposting? Anyway I had nearly the same issue as OP, have a gander at this thread and run your world through both fixers.
Oh, can't you read Russian either? Look at the the picture you posted, there is important information pertaining to what your error is and it is in Russian. And "shitposting"? The posts I make are helping others, the only posts I see from you are complaining about how a plugin is not working correctly for yourself. Also, to correct you, "shitposting" would be posting screenshots on a spam image website, where the important parts of the log are in RUSSIAN. This is an ENGLISH forum.
