Can someone make a command that automatically starts up my bukkit server so i don't have to every single day remember to start up my server? if there isn't one already.

What operating system are you running?
Do you reboot the computer? If not, why not just have it running?

    For windows:
    Got to this folder:
    C:\Users\(User-Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

or Click start, go to the "Startup" folder, right click and click open/Explore

or go to start and type in shell:startup

Then, make a shortcut of your .bat file. Place that shortcut into that folder.

    To confirm this worked:
    click Start.
Go to run (XP) or in the search/run box (Vista/7) type in msconfig. Press enter.
Go to StartUp and look for the .bat file.
    Make sure .bat is CHECKED

Log off and back on to see if it works.

Freakling its a mac and Husky Its also a family computer I'm running it on so the reason i don't want to run it over night is because i don't wanna over heat it or anything because when i have my mac open for 3 hours or such it starts to get hot. Also i am busy during the day to turn it on in the mornings.

    open your System preferences
Click users, and then click "Start up items"
Open the server folder on your hard drive (or wherever you placed the server) and drag the start_server.command (or whatever you named it) in to the main panel.
Anything you drag here will automatically start up once you log in, you can also choose the order the applications start as well.
If you wanted to, you could also click the option "Hide" if you didn't want to see the server.

I had a ubuntu server running straight for... 12 months? Then i reinstalled to windows 2008 r2 it's going strong for 4 more months. No overheating or anything

Sounds like you're running it on a laptop or something
