Hello, I'm french and i made a minecraft semi RP server a long time ago, but now, i want to go more like in a RP way. Then, i tried to make my own plugin, called prestige, but the save of the datas didn't work. So i'm coming here to ask somebody to make it, or maybe to finish mine. I use iConomy, chestshop, bPermissions, Essentials, and the others aren't really important i think What I would like : Something made like Iconomy, you have an account with your "Prestige", that can make you get some more influence. I only want an account you can modify like Iconomy (Take, give for admins, and maybe Buy for players, to allow them to buy 1 Prestige for 2 of your money) I would like it to create the accounts, and saving them when the servers shut down, or before ! Commands : Sell or buy prestige make the money appear or disappear, or take or give the money on the Admin's account For players : /prestige buy *value* //Allows you to buy the number of prestige you want, for 2 money = 1 prestige /prestige sell *value* //Allows you to sell the number of prestige you have entered, for 1 prestige = 1 money /prestige //Tells you your amount of prestige /prestige *playername* //Tells you the player amount of prestige /prestige top //Not necessary; tells you the top 5 of the players For admins I would like account to be created without commands, but if needed : /prestige create *playername* /prestige delete *Playername* /prestige set *accountname* *value* /prestige give *accountname* *value* /prestige take *accountname* *value* Ideas for perms : prestige.me // /prestige prestige.others // /prestige *playername* prestige.top// /prestige top prestige.buy // /prestige buy *value* prestgie.sell // /prestige sell *value* prestige.admin // /prestige create *playername* /prestige delete *Playername* /prestige set *accountname* *value* /prestige give *accountname* *value* /prestige take *accountname* *value* If possible. I would use it as an indicator of their ... Grade/rank (Not sure of the word in english). It would be like they can be civilian for 100 prestige, 1000 they could be leader of a town, things like that. They would have to ask an admin to get their rank. I'm really sorry if my english's bad
I've just included an auto-promote module into my CommandsEX plugin which can do this for you automatically... it can use currency or time played on the server and auto-upgrade/degrade your users based on that information CommandsEX is modular, so you can pretty much only choose this single functionality and trash the rest - check out the CommandsEX Builder Page for more info ;-)
Your plugin looks interesting, but it's not exactly what I expected. I asked my players about it, they told me it was cool, but that they would prefer something with a value to express your prestige. As you need money everyday, they don't spend everything into prestige. They would like a second Economy plugin, but with /prestige instead of /money. And maybe then we would use CommandsEX on the prestige plugin, to autorank with the prestige.
I see... then CommandsEX is really not what you're after... I have not seen a dual-economy plugin yet, although I saw several requests that needed those... so good luck in finding one then
