Whats the plugin that keeps minecarts in loaded chunks?

I remember seeing a plugin that makes it so whenever a minecart enters an unloaded chunk it causes the chunk to load up.

anyone know the name?

I cant find it.

TrainCarts has this option for this. I can't think of any others off the top of my head.

But I do remember a plugin that strictly was made just to load up unloaded chunks around minecarts as they traveled so they wouldnt stop dead on the tracks.

 

There was another plugin before, but it's out of date

 

Minecraft Mania perhaps? MinecartRevolution is the spiritual successor, and can keep chunks around carts loaded.

Its outdated and doesn't work anymore.

I looked at it and found a link to Rolling Minecarts which appears to be just as good.
