Random Loot chests (replenished like Elder Scrolls)

I'm not sure if this is already around, but I couldn't find anything like it and I think it would be a cool addition to any adventure servers. Here's the idea:

Create a special kind of Chest that randomly fills itself full of items from a specific list and then replenishes when the next user comes along. The chest would have some sort of permission setup so that a player can only access and use it once.

Basically like a Elder Scrolls style chest where random loot is created. Anyone interested in something like this?

 

I would love it if this mod was around/created!

if nobody works on this before it's there, I'll post in this thread to let you know it's ready (expect no sooner than in about 1-2 weeks though, since I'm quite overstuffed with feature requests atm )
