I get this error and hosted server (Ram:4gigs, cpu:2.7,internet 80mbps)

strange i JUST got this error a second ago my console completely froze up and had to force a reboot it seems to be working now but If not I'll come back here with a full list of my plugins to help out

EDIT: yeah it seems the reboot helped not sure the root of this problem tho. My servers up and running normally
