Buyable plots/land [Mod help]

looking for some plugin that is something like towny but not a town just individual plots or pieces of land that players and stand on and buy it (iconomy) and build on it.

unsure if towny does this but ive looked over tutorials and the wiki and couldn't find anything if it does do this help/link?

Your probaly using residence but i strongly suggest you use simple region market, its much better imo.

When i place a sign on my region it doesn't come up with anything... running worldguard, vault, register anyhelp?

 

You must define a region then make a sign like this:



The sign doesn't actully have to be placed on the region it is for, but is alot simplier.

You put [Hotel] if you are renting the region,
The region name is what you have defined, so imagine if you was doing plots, the first plot would be Plot1...
The price could be like 5000 for 7 days
Account is where the money goes when somebody buys/rents your region.

So the sign would look like this:

[Hotel]​

Plot1​

5000:7d​

Harry8550​
