   I requested this permit plugin some time ago and yonaharu took it on and made it for me. It worked for what we needed for quite a while. Now however I need a couple of my non Op ranks to be able to issue permits and i dont want them to be Op's. So long story short I am looking for someone to remake this permit plugin with permissions support for me. It would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
