Connection refused: connect?

    Hello I port forwarded with my internal IP. I run my bukkit server and when I try to connect it says:

    Connection refused: connect

    How do I fix this? Thankyou!

    What RB are you using?
    Are you using Hamachi?
    Did you port-forward correctly?
    Does it say in the command prompt 'Already running on that port?'
    Are you using the correct ip-adress?

    I am not using Hamachi.
    I have port forwarded correctly. ( I think ) I added new IP, then custom ports, then port 25565. It is open to both.
    No it does not it says 'Done' and is ready to get on. I can log onto it with localhost.
    Yes I am using my IP adress from www.whatsmyip.org.

    Your port forwarding is probably the culprit is you used localhost and it worked.
