[REQ?] Linking servers via portals

I have no idea if a plugin like this exists or not but if it does, tell me and provide a link to it please.

I'm looking for a plugin that will make it so you can walk into a portal or something and you will leave the current server you are on and you will connect to another server. So basically it's like linking nether portals in multiworld (I think?) but it's moving you to another server.

Is it possible? Or does it already exists?

 

Well there is a plugin called BukkitLink that let's players from other servers talk to each other so it may be hard but possible. *Fingers crossed*

xdeathoreox, I've seen a lot of suggestions on features like this. Yes, it requires a client mod, no matter what plugin you go with. I'm going to wait until there's an official API for MineCraft to implement something like this.

In the mean time, server-to-server teleportation remains difficult.

There was no .jar when I downloaded the file..how should you upload it to the server then?
