Solved Bukkit Server wont let me on. It starts but when i try to get on it but it says connection refused!?

    When I try to get on it, it says "Failed to connect to the server" "Connection refused". Pleaseeee Help me! My power went out from a storm (I live in the middle of Kansas ha) then i restarted my computer and it wouldn't let me on! HELLP!
