   alright so this plugin called machinadrill is great but it is only set for OP's to turn it on, my friends have been buggin me to change it but i have no idea how, ive tried setting it to true,setting the default to true,doing all these things but i have not been successful...so finally im going to ask for help on how to set permissions so that everyone can use it

   You need to set the correct permissions nodes to the rank you want to be able to use it at.

   umm ok where do i put these permission nodes? and how to set those up?
