problem to join!

    hey, i have a problem port forward on my router.
    i have opened port: minecraft start.25565 end.25565 protocol. UDP and TCP ip.192.168.x.x
    others are able to ping my router but they can't join my minecraft server, why?
    my windows-firewall is off, Tp-link with DD-WRT v24-sp2.
    i have tried to join with my public ip but it dosen't work too.
    Can someone help me?

    Typo or shouldn't it be like 192.168?
