Solved Server RAM problem

    Hey guys

    I was wondering if someone can help me with my server.
    Okay here is the problem,i downloaded the latest craftbukkit recommended build 1.2.5 created a server added the plugin Pail and it says that the servers memory is maximum 245 mb or something like that but when i had the older builds i had 1 gb memory.I uploaded a picture.Any suggestions?
