Bukkit hosing needed for 75-100 players costing under £30 a month

Hi all,
I and my servers co-owner are looking to host a pre-setup bukkit server for 75-100 users on a rather tight budget of £30 a month. I will be requiring enough ram to run lag free for 75-100 users. If you have any suggestions on how I can appoint my money I would be very greatful. I will also be requiring an assistant who can setup a website via HTML with bbphp and a system for automatic rank upgrades via the website and also donator ranks set up in a similar page. If possible I would like the web hosting to be included in the price and a domain to. I am able to use web based control panel or a vps as I am able to use both. The server will be bukkit with plugins and I would like to be able to host it by mid September. If possible if there is a free domain included with hosting for a website could I have a HTML programmer to work free please

I'm not sure if it's possible for under 30 Eur a month, but I know you can get 4GB of RAM @ netcup.de , and you can also get cheap hosting (quite bad support though) at redstonehost.com

We pay $150 in hosting fees alone per month for our 80 person server. We hunted around for a while. When it comes to hosting a server quality matters. If somehow 300 regular players can't afford $150 a month there is something wrong. You will always be able to find a host with enough RAM to satisfy your slot needs, but when it comes to CPU, SSD, bandwidth etc. You will be bottlenecked very quickly.

 

As for netcup, yes, they're german. But Google translate does a great job

Reselling Kimfusi servers for a higher price won't work well on a bukkit/minecraft forum.

 

Won't happen laglessly at $30 a month.

 

You won't find a 100 slot server hosting for 30 euros. That requires at least 12 Gigs of RAM and a powerful processor, which you usually won't get with shared hosting.

Your best bet will be the Kimsufi 16G. The processor will be your bottleneck with that server, but you get what you pay for.

Oh god, I hate Kimsufi resellers. They resell THE SAME SERVER for a higher price than if you were to get it direct. Then they eventually run off with your money a few months later........I really don't understand the appeal of why people go with these resellers.

A $40/month budget? Not gonna happen.
