I was wondering if any one could develop a plugin that by using wool dyes or something to change... lets say... jungle trees to oak trees. and all other possible changes. EDIT: i really need this because all of my legit city is in oak woof and i'v exhausted all oak trees
I could have a shot at it, what colour wool/wool does do you want to change to which sappling; Green dye > Jungle for exmaple?
yeah whenever you think... i don't really care green(dark) > jungle white > birch brown >Dark Wood yellow > Oak
Or you could do what he said originally... Essentials/Commandbook/WorldEdit and alot more can do this just by typing /give yourname itemid:datavalue Example: /give Sayshal log:3 If you're using command book you can just do /i log:3
IF you're the owner.. Wait nvm.. This plugin is cheating? It's not default vanilla so it's "cheating"...
Try WorldEdit, you can encompass certain buildings or perhaps your whole town at once and replace all logs with a log of the appropriate damage value. I wouldn't considering it cheating since you're the server owner.
oh you mean with mcedit well that will work but my server is online almost 24 7 so... also mc edit crashes alot.. but ill try it (but i still want the awesome plugin)
No, he does not mean MCEdit, thats a world editing program. WorldEdit is a plugin, with lots of other useful features. I would go the WorldEdit way
Hi I might be able to make a plugin that when you click a block it changes it to the next type of a different shade. So you would just right click the block with something like, emmm, a wooden axe (but worldedit uses that already) and it would make the plank a shade darker. I dont know if thats exactly what you wanted. please reply elling me if you want me to start this plugin. Thanks Zackpollard
I'm pretty sure he would like it as mentioned above, with different will colors making it into certain saplling types.
Well... i have made the plugin because i was bored Will post the link within the next 10 minutes This cycles through by shade of wood. You just right click the wood with the wooden hoe and it changes colour. I can make it use wool if he really wants but yeah...
