Need help setting up a proper permission file...

Hello,

I used to run a server like 9 months back and was using permissions back then.. However now there is a new permission system in place, the one that comes standard with bukkit server.. and it seems to be working slightly different..

What I basicly want is someone who knows how this new permissions works properly to help me set up my permissions file..


What I basicly want is the following:
3 groups: Default, Members, Admin

All players that join the server the first time automaticly get placed in default.. Default players can walk around, but can NOT build or destroy blocks, or interact with any item.
A member should have the 'normal' permissions a player normally has.. building, destroying blocks, using doors/chests etc etc..
A admin should have the ability to change people from group 'default' to group 'members' with a command.. (and back offcourse), and should have access to the kicking and banning commands. (I'm running essentials)

Can anyone set this up for me? I would greatly appreciate it!

i forgot permissions like

- essentials.*
or
- pex.*
- wordedit.*
give acces to all commands and featueres of that pemrisions

 

Yea, well dude.. it doesn't work AT ALL
because this fucking idiotoic version of Bukkit.. doesn't fucking load the right permission file?!?
There's a permissions file in the root folder (it automaticly creates that one) and it's empty.. So even after i installed PEX (it does get loaded according to my server console) NOTHING works
like.. if players connect they don't get defaulted in the default group, they can just do evertyhing


So the official post is still open.. -_- Can anyone help me so it actually works?
and @ bukkit, you guys are retarded for adding that permisisons SHIT into the server files.. It worked fine as a fucking plugin before

 

in root folder is bukkit permissions and if u read full message after its says its empty than it say IGNORE IT

so if its empty u its like its not there come to skype and we will see what gone wrong

 

One: Stop cussing, it's against forum rules.

Two: If you don't like the PermissionsBukkit, then GET ANOTHER PERMISSIONS PLUGIN. There are plenty. I'm sure you can find one to your liking.
