    Version: 1.3.1
    RB: 1.3.2-R2.0

    Description:

Provides several commands and features to change players game modes. Compatible with any SuperPerms permissions plugin.

    Features:
    • Commands to change game mode
    • Change your, someone else's, or the server's game mode.
    • Use signs to change game modes
    Permissions:
    • cswitch.crsu - /creative [player] (alias: /cr) & /survival [player] (alias: /su) - Allows you to change your or someone else's game mode to creative or survival.
    • cswitch.toggle.player - /togglemode [player] (aliases: /tmode , /mode) - Allows you to toggle your or someone else's game mode between creative and survival.
    • cswitch.toggle.server - /toggleservermode (aliases: /togglesmode , /tsmode , /smode) - Allows you to toggle the server's game mode between creative and survival.
    • cswitch.toggle.* - /togglemode & /toggleservermode - Gives you both cswitch.toggle.player and cswitch.toggle.server.
    • cswitch.destroy - /dmodesign (aliases: /dmsign , /dmodes) - Allows you to destroy a mode sign when left clicking it rather than activating it, one time use!
    • cswitch.version - /cswitchversion (aliases: /csversion, csv) - Allows you to check for a new version and notifies you when you join of a new version if there is one.
    • cswitch.reload - /cswitchreload (aliases: /csreload, /csr) - Allows you to reload the configuration for cSwitch.
    • cswitch.* - Full Permissions - Allows you to use all features of this plugin.
    Configuration:
    • notify-switch - Boolean - If set to true, will display a message when a mode is changed for another player or the server.
    • notify-message - String - The message displayed to a user when their mode was changed by someone else. Use +player for the player and +mode for the mode. Allows colors, but then it must be closed in apostrophes (single quotes). If you don't specify any colors, it is automatically green. Ex: notify-message: '&3+player changed your game mode to +mode'
    • notify-message1 - String - The message displayed to a user when they changed someone else's mode. Use +player for the player and +mode for the mode. Allows colors, but then it must be closed in apostrophes (single quotes). If you don't specify any colors, it is automatically green. Ex: notify-message1: '&fYou changed +player''s game mode to +mode'
    • notify-message2 - String - The message broadcasted when the mode of the server is changed. Use +player for the player and +mode for the mode. Allows colors, but then it must be closed in apostrophes (single quotes). If you don't specify any colors, it is automatically green. Ex: notify-message2: '&d+player changed the server game mode to +mode'
    Using signs:
To use signs to change your game mode, make a sign like this:
Signs use the same permissions as the corresponding commands.

having problem with permissions..is this good to go with permissions 3.x? oh and the new bukkit text that comes up when you don't have access to a command is extremely annoying...just saying.

so, technically, if this gets updated, could i use it to have some players set themselves to creative, without giving them OP?

how do i get this to work without permissions? My server is just me and a few friends. i'm trying to change the mode but it tells me, talk to your admin, but I'm the one running the server.

Right now, you need it, but most plugins need permissions anyway so you should want to download a permissions plugin anyway. I might just have it use Vault and then having a configuration option where you can have it not use permissions, but I might not since it just seems to make more sense to use the built in SuperPerms and then the user just needs to have a plugin that uses SuperPerms.

it would be harder because if you are underground or in lava, you have to place down a sign, then write them on it in the right order and finally click on them..you are dead by then. But you can write it like /gamemode 1 or if you have it in memory, you can press up arrow.....NO POINT OF THIS PLUGIN. exept if you make a command that is easy to remember and short.

There are commands. Don't complain if you don't know what you are talking about. you can do /cr and /su for creative and survival, respectively. Even if it was just the signs though there still would be a point as it makes it so you can just click on a sign if you want to change, which may or may not be useful to some people, but if it isn't then there is no reason to worry about it.

Hi, I really like your plugin. But is it possible to serialize the gamemode of each player.. because, if log out and you were flying in cr-mode, you will hit the ground to hard if you relogin.
Another questions, which permission I have to set to allow the user to change only the gamemode of himself (with /cr /su)?

looking forward to a fast response :)

    thanks

I have been meaning to get around to changing it so it doesn't change your gamemode to the default when you rejoin. I think I will also add separate permissions for oneself and everyone.
