   You must have something already runnin on that port.. Try a Reboot, or turn off what ever application you have running that is using that port, you may also attempt to change the port buckkit is attempting to use..

   I think you should leave the SERVER_IP field in the server.properties blank.

   Yup, remove the IP address from the server.properties file and leave it blank. You're basically trying to tell craftbukkit to bind to a network address that doesn't exist on that comupter
