Using MCedit, I deleted a piece a huge piece of land that was bothering me in my world. I generated a map using c10t and it looked great, all the extra land was gone, but after running CraftBukkit, the chunk reappeared. I re-deleted it with MCedit, generated a new map, chunk was gone, but after running CraftBukkit again, it appeared again. Went into my world folder, and found a chunk that was out of place. While all the others were between the 0-4 digits, there was this one called 0-11. I turned off the server, deleted the chunk, generated the map, saw it gone, but this time, instead of running CraftBukkit, I ran the normal minecraft_server.jar, and checked and generated a new map, and the chunk never reappeared. Thought it was fine, but now, I tried running CraftBukkit, and lo and behold, the chunk came back. Is there anything in the recent versions of CraftBukkit that would regenerate chunks like this, while the normal server doesn't? Here's an image of how the thing looks, it's at the bottom left corner: Image
