Looking for a plugin where people can create entry/exit portals that link to each other...NOT nether portals, however. Just plain teleportation, preferably not out of netherportal materials either, as we still use the nether. I swear I've seen this before...just can't find it Thanks!

Or Runecraft - has that been updated? There was another called CreativeGates that was quite nice and a third option called BlueTelepads (don't know if they have been updated either though, ages since I used them).
try stargaze, it uses nether materials but they can go anywhere not just the nether if you put the correctly formatted sign on it. Otherwise it will just go to the nether 1.2.3: http://thedgtl.net/bukkit/Stargate.jar
Multiverse-Portals allows the creation of portals but not in the way that a nether portal is built (eg build the frame and set it on fire). I think there's a plugin that does do that though... written by either bergerkiller or codename_b, I think?
CreativeGates lets you build gates of any shape and our of any materials. Build whatever frame you want and activate the "key" block at the bottom. Frames of same shape/materials link together.
Not sure if that's the one I was thinking of or not. Then again, I'm not sure the one I was thinking of still exists, either.
Sorry for the late response maybe, But BlueTelePads isn't updated here but it is on Dev bukkit The last update was on 27 Febuary but it still works fine on MC 1.2.3 as I am using it.
