   Is there a plugin to allow nether portals from the main map, but disallow portals created in the nether spawning portals in the main map?
   
   Basically, I want to enable nether for anyone who wants to build a portal. But I do not want people to be able to create portals in the nether, which can then end up with their exit portals being placed in the middle of someones house or town....
