As said in title, is there a plugin available for 1.2.3 to log/rollback stuff? Hawkeye, logblock, bigbrother isnt updated, is it?

That wouldn't be how your installing it. Your computer may not reach the minimum requirements. As an alternative, I recommend db4free, the only downside to off-location MySQL hosts is that severs may crash because of a timeout between the 2 servers. Db4free was meant to be for user management on websites (there is nothing in the terms about this kind of use of their databases). Hope this helps.
