Reg Server to Bukkit Server (Nether World)

Question: We have been running a bukkit server. However sicne they dont have a 1.2 jar yet for bukkit...we moved it to a reg server for the time being until bukkit catches up.

Now we have a NEW NETHER because bukkit saves the nether as a seperate world file while reg server saves it within the existing world file.

Is there a way to extract the nether world from the reg server "world" folder and keep the nether for use when bukkit gives us a 1.2.

I dont feel bad asking this question as bukkit is now minecraft =) However, I understand there may not be support officially. Any person with information is suffice, I am not looking for some official mathod developed as this minecraft/bukkit union is new.

There is a 1.2 bukkit, it's just not a recommended build yet. Get it here: dl.bukkit.org

 

Just curious, but what's wrong with having a new nether? Did you build something in the other one or something?
