    Oh, well //regen sets the selected area back to what it was when the world was initially generated. Doesn't make any new stuff.

    Guests Allow to Build in a specified Area?

    He wants you to use that region flag on the area you set for guests. "GuestsMayGriefHereREGION" being the name you set for the area.
