First, type '/spawn_npc npcname' then, type '/npc_property npcname quest questfilename' right-click on the npc, it should say 'questname is now...

Ive found that using the same delay for every event within a task, doesnt work to well :l edit: also try changing the target...

I figured as much... I've been up for 48 hours staring at Notepad, making quests, so my patience is thin atm :) Took me half that long to figure...
Eh.. I've yet to test it, but I would imagine enabling PVP would make them attackable. Not sure though... Would be AMAZING if we could make NPCs...
