    My server needs a plugin for minecarts. What it would do, ideally, is when you are in it, you can punch once and the cart will go at maximum speed...

    I have a suggestion: make it possible for a temp. ban. Exile does this, but spams the chat with 'has joined' and 'has left' when they try to join...

    I know of the Exile plugin, but it has a couple problems I'm not alright with. Nor are my players. With Exile, it lets the banned person reconnect...

    Sometimes, death messages don't show up for people. Some people apparently never see them at all. What could be the problem? Running RB 1.8.1
