are u using essentials becuase if u are go to config than to where it has commands with a # and take off the # ad than it works :D
in know why because someone try'd making a minecraft server and did the custom IPv4 thing wich is now using your computers default ip
this happened to me too and it was all working fine than it messed up and used the same ip and said this 210 recipes 27 achievements...
